Dumped village!

  South Giza at El-Saf village, a primary dam was built on El-Saf channel by the farmers nearby, in purpose of raising the water level at their farms. The dam structure is violating the irrigation law for the irrigating water distribution. As far as some of the residents called it bridge. But the structure was differ from the bridge purpose! The water pressure broke it down, the water flow caused a 10 meters slot in the road and stormed 70 houses! The residents of the of the lower land level on the western bank left their houses, specially when they know that these water which stormed their houses was actually sewage! The affected residents went to complain to the mayor military General Said El-Gammal at his manor, as they are homeless and most of them depends on a law income which range between LE300 and LE 600 per month for each family. The Corps of Engineers headed to the village this morning to rescue the land and families after the mayor military General Said El-Gammal asked their help. Egypt. Thursday, October 17, 2013.
